Acacia Nano

Australia's largest native genus and the source of the national floral emblem. Wattles in Perth gardens range from feathery, weeping ornamental trees to tight groundcovers and compact shrubs. Most are fast-growing, drought-tolerant, and nitrogen-fixing. Full sun. Well-drained soil. Drought tolerant once established. Phosphorus-free native fertiliser. Most wattles have a relatively short lifespan (10-20 years) - they are fast-living plants. Prune lightly after flowering to maintain shape.
