Carex Feather Falls

A beautiful grass-like plant, Carex Feather Falls is highly decorative and has delicate but hardy, green and cream variegated foliage. It is a low growing feature plant perfectly suited to group or mass planting, either as a feature or along borders, paths and rockeries. Also a lovely specimen for pots, and it’s coastal and heat tolerant. A spectacular plant for mass planting in vertical gardens to cover unsightly walls. Recommended planting density of 6-10 plants per square metre, or 3-5 plants per linear metre. Carex Feather Falls reaches 30cm height and 50cm width.

Water: Water well and often when freshly planted. Drought tolerant once established. Use a chunky mulch, we recommend using Aussie Organics Chunky Pine Bark.

Sun: Full sun, part shade.

Soil: Sandy, free draining soils making it well suited to the Perth environment. We recommend using Charlie Charcoal prior to planting for best results.
