Ficus Lyrata

The Ficus genus spans some of the most architectural and design-forward indoor plants available - from the dramatic oversized leaves of the Fiddle Leaf Fig to the dark, glossy Rubber Plants. Most are native to tropical Asia and the Pacific and have evolved in bright, humid environments. The most important thing to know about Ficus indoors is that they dislike being moved: find a good position and leave them there. Bright indirect light. Water when the top half of the soil is dry. Well-draining indoor potting mix. Avoid moving plants, draughts, and sudden temperature changes. All Ficus produce a milky sap that can irritate skin.
