Geraldton Wax - Chamelaucium Floriferum
Commonly known as Walpole Wax, Chamelaucium floriferum is a beautiful medium size shrub with attractive, aromatic dark green dense foliage. Conical in shape, it produces masses of small waxy white to pink flowers in spring. An excellent backdrop for small contrasting plants, perfect for screening or an informal hedge. Tip prune after flowering to encourage dense growth and profuse flowering. For enhanced growth and flowering we recommend using Troforte M Native Slow Release fertiliser. Chamelaucium floriferum grows to 2m height and width.
Water: Water well and often when freshly planted.
Sun: Full sun.
Soil: Fertile, well-draining soil enriched with organic matter. We recommend using Aussie Organics Premium Soil Conditioner and Charlie Charcoal prior to planting.
