Kangaroo Paw - Anigozanthos Bush Blitz

An electrically bright and colourful Kangaroo Paw, Bush Blitz is set to be the star of the garden, stealing the show during spring with dark orange to burgundy flowers with purple tips, bringing strong colour and contrast. Foliage is a rich strappy green, forming a very grass-like appearance. Attractive to native birds and insects, this is a wonderful low maintenance kangaroo paw. Mass planted in native gardens and landscapes, as a potted specimen in small gardens and courtyards, or in cottage gardens, Bush Blitz is stunning. Pruning dead flowers and spent foliage encourages new growth and keeps the plant looking its best. For enhanced growth and flowering we recommend using Troforte M Native Slow Release fertiliser in autumn and spring to keep in good health. Anigozanthos Bush Blitz grows to 70cm height and 50cm width.

Water: Water well and often when freshly planted, and during flowering for best results. Drought tolerant once established.

Sun: Full sun.

Soil: Sandy-loam, well-draining soil enriched with organic matter. We recommend using Aussie Organics Premium Soil Conditioner, Charlie Charcoal and Sand Remedy prior to planting.
