Limoncello lemons have exceptional zest - more fragrant and more oily than standard Eureka - which makes them the first choice for anyone making limoncello, lemon cakes, or anything where the rind is as important as the juice. The tree itself is vigorous and productive, performing well in Perth's warm climate. Full sun, well-drained soil. Deep watering, citrus fertiliser, mulch. Harvest when skin is bright yellow for best oil content.
