Sansevieria stores water in its thick, upright leaves and can survive extended periods of neglect that would kill almost any other indoor plant. Overwatering is the only reliable way to kill one. Low to bright indirect light - one of the most light-adaptable indoor plants. Water sparingly - allow soil to dry completely between waterings. Well-draining potting mix. Feed 2-3 times per year in spring and summer. Toxic to pets if ingested.
