Ruby Necklace is a trailing succulent with a distinctly unusual appearance - the stems carry cylindrical, bead-like leaves in deep purple-green rather than the flat or round leaves of most succulents, creating a chain-like quality that earns the common name. Small, vivid yellow daisy flowers appear above the trailing stems. In a hanging basket the long trails of purple-green beads create a striking visual effect quite different from standard trailing plants. Bright indirect light. Allow to dry significantly between waterings - as with all succulents, overwatering is the main risk.
