Rhaphiolepis Oriental Pearl

Indian Hawthorn produces masses of small pink or white flowers in spring and attractive dark berries in summer. Low-maintenance, tolerates Perth's sandy soils and periods of drought once established, and forms neat, dense mounds. Full sun. Well-drained soil. Drought tolerant once established. Low fertiliser needs. Oriental Pearl produces white flowers on a medium, spreading form - slightly more open and graceful in habit than the compact selections.
