Soil Solver Clay Plus

Made in Perth by Soil Solver. A fully mineralised blend of high-grade kaolin clay, silt and balanced rock and ore minerals, for improving Perth's sandy soil. The fine clay particles coat the sand grains, which slows water moving through and cures water repellence, so the soil holds water and nutrients for longer than compost alone. It also supports a wider range of soil life.

The clay is stable, with low swell and shrink, and the blend is free from heavy metals and harmful salts. Certified Organic Allowed Input.

To cure water repellence, and for vegetable beds, apply 10 to 25kg per square metre. To convert sand, dig it through with at least an equal volume of mature compost, around 10kg of clay to every 10 litres of compost, and finish with mulch. For ongoing improvement, one bag covers around 10 square metres, applied up to twice a year.
