Calathea Insignis

Calatheas are the prayer plants, grown for their patterned foliage that folds upward at night. Insignis, the Rattlesnake Plant, has long, narrow, wavy-edged leaves marked with alternating dark and light green blotches over red-purple undersides. They prefer warmth, humidity and steady moisture. Bright indirect light, out of direct sun. May tolerate lower light, but may not thrive.
