Cordyline Terminalis Ruby

This stunning Cordyline produces two-toned ruby red and deep burgundy foliage, creating a truly stand-out plant. Cordyline Ruby has a compact growth habit with a bushy dense appearance. It is a fantastic architectural plant for landscaping around pools and in garden beds, adding a tropical feel to the garden. Best suited to a position with shade, it shows its best colours in brighter locations preferably with morning sun and afternoon shade. This particular cordyline is tolerant to coastal conditions and dry periods, and is relatively low maintenance and easy to grow. For enhanced growth we recommend using Troforte M All Purpose Slow Release fertiliser. Cordyline Ruby grows to 1.2m height and 80cm width.

Water: Water well and often when freshly planted and during warmer seasons. Use a chunky mulch in the garden, we recommend using Aussie Organics Chunky Pine Bark.

Sun: Part sun to full shade.

Soil: Fertile, well-draining soil enriched with organic matter. We recommend using Aussie Organics Premium Soil Conditioner and Charlie Charcoal prior to planting.
