Croton Eura

Sale price$16.49

Croton Eura is a great Croton that originates from the flower markets of Holland. Its foliage is vivid shades of green, yellow, red and orange and changes depending on the season and lighting conditions. In warm frost-free areas Eura enjoys a sheltered patio or indoor position, making a wonderful specimen in a feature pot. Also great planted in the garden in part shade to dappled positions, but will tolerate long periods of morning and afternoon sun. For enhanced growth and flowering we recommend using Troforte M Indoor & Patio Slow Release fertiliser. Croton Eura reaches 1-1.5m height and 1m width.

Water: Indoors somewhat dry tolerant, it should only be watered when the top 1-2cm of soil becomes dry during warmer months, drier in cooler months. Outdoors water well and often when freshly planted and during hotter periods. In the garden, use a chunky mulch, we recommend using Aussie Organics Chunky Pine Bark.

Sun: Full sun, part shade, dappled positions.

Soil: Well-draining, fertile indoor mix. We recommend using The Home Plant Co Indoor Potting Mix. Outdoors use Waldecks Premium Potting Mix in pots, or outdoors a fertile, well-draining soil enriched with organic matter. We recommend using Aussie Organics Premium Soil Conditioner and Charlie Charcoal prior to planting.
