Delosperma Sunset Purple

Sunset Purple Ice Plant is a compact, mat-forming succulent producing vivid purple daisy flowers that shimmer in direct sunlight - the satiny quality of the petals gives them a distinctly jewel-like appearance at midday. It is drought tolerant, spreading steadily across dry, sunny positions. The purple is warm rather than cool, sitting toward red-violet rather than blue-violet. Full sun. Excellent drainage. Minimal water once established. Will continue flowering through Perth's dry summers with almost no irrigation.
