Eco Citrus Leaf Miner Trap

Pheromone trap for citrus leafminer, Phyllocnistis citrella. It draws the males in and holds them, so fewer females are mated and fewer eggs go onto new growth. A rubber plug carrying the pheromone, plus a sticky paper trap.

• Pheromone lasts 8 to 12 weeks

Open the trap, drop the plug inside and hang it in the tree. One trap for a small tree, two for a larger one. Leafminers only lay on flushes of new growth, so hang it when that growth starts. Replace every 8 to 12 weeks, or sooner if the trap fills. For a severe outbreak, combine with eco-oil or eco-neem.
