Grape Sultana

The drying grape - Sultana (also known as Thompson Seedless) produces long, green, seedless berries with a mild, honey-sweet flavour when eaten fresh, and is the variety behind most Australian dried fruit. The vine is extremely vigorous and drought tolerant once established, making it one of the more forgiving grapes for Perth conditions. Can be used for fresh eating, drying, or making light white wine.
