Homalomena Tropical Green

Homalomena is a tropical aroid from Southeast Asia and South America that has become a practical alternative to Philodendron and Pothos for lower-light indoor positions. It tolerates lower light levels than most tropical aroids, is generally more forgiving of dry air and inconsistent watering, and has a naturally compact, self-supporting habit. The foliage is glossy and heart-shaped with good density. Bright indirect light. May tolerate lower light, but may not thrive. Water when the top half of soil is dry. Well-draining potting mix. Tropical Green produces lush, deep green foliage with a clean, simple character - no variegation, no special patterning, just good, reliable glossy green leaves in a compact plant.
