Hoya Pubicalyx Silver

Silver Hoya Pubicalyx produces dark, glossy leaves splashed and flecked with silver - the silver markings are irregular and variable, giving each leaf its own pattern. On mature plants, clusters of small star-shaped flowers appear in deep pink-red with a contrasting centre, and the clusters carry a strong, sweet fragrance. The combination of ornamental foliage and fragrant flowers makes Pubicalyx one of the more rewarding Hoyas. Bright indirect light. Allow to dry between waterings. Do not repot frequently - Hoyas flower best when slightly pot-bound.
