Hoya Pubicalyx Silver

Silver Hoya Pubicalyx produces dark, glossy leaves splashed and flecked with silver - the silver markings are irregular and variable, giving each leaf its own pattern. On mature plants, clusters of small star-shaped flowers appear in deep pink-red with a contrasting centre, and the clusters carry a strong, sweet fragrance. The combination of ornamental foliage and fragrant flowers makes Pubicalyx one of the more rewarding Hoyas. Bright indirect light. May tolerate lower light, but may not thrive. Allow to dry between waterings. Do not repot frequently - Hoyas flower best when slightly pot-bound.
