Kangaroo Paw - Anigozanthos Gold Velvet

The native ‘Gold Velvet’ is a very tough, mid-sized, landscape favourite Kangaroo Paw. Known and loved for its display of stunning 1m tall flowers for most of the year. This variety of Anigozanthos compared to other Kangaroo Paws, has more resistance to black spot and requires less trimming.

Water: Water as required for 8-13 weeks until established. Plant in a well mulched garden (chunky mulch is recommended).

Sun: Full sun open position

Soil: Best suits well drained soils or raised gardens to avoid wet feet. Tolerates frost and drought.
