Leucospermum Carnival Red

Leucospermum produces the iconic pincushion flower: a dome of long, prominent styles radiating from the centre like pins in a cushion, in vivid orange, yellow, red, pink, and cream. They are extraordinary cut flowers and equally spectacular as garden plants, flowering in spring. Perth's Mediterranean climate is ideal. Full sun, sandy well-drained soil, phosphorus-free fertiliser only, minimal summer irrigation. Prune lightly after flowering.
