Olive - Olea Peace Dwarf

Peace Dwarf is a compact olive that stays to around 2-3m - manageable in a medium garden or a large pot - while still producing a worthwhile crop of dual-purpose fruit suited to both oil and table use. For gardeners who want an olive in the garden but don't have room for a full-sized specimen that will eventually reach 6-8m, Peace Dwarf is the practical solution. It has the same silvery foliage, the same drought tolerance, and the same Mediterranean character as the standard varieties. Full sun to part shade. Well-drained soil. Drought tolerant once established. Feed with a low-phosphorus fertiliser in spring. Raw olives must be cured before eating.
