The Chanticleer is an Ornamental Pear with glossy green leaves that are renowned for their spectacular autumn colours and clusters of white flowers in spring. Chanticleer is an upright growing, medium sized, popular, landscaping tree for contrast and shading.

Water: Water well to establish. Once established low water requirement

Soil: Tolerates a wide range of soils. Well drained soil. Apply a slow-release fertiliser in Spring.

Improve soil prior to planting with Soil conditioner. Mulching is beneficial.
