Peperomia Obtusifolia

A vast and underappreciated genus of compact indoor plants with extraordinary leaf variety. Peperomias store water in their thick, succulent-like leaves and are consequently very drought tolerant indoors - one of the better indoor plants for people who tend to forget to water. Bright indirect light. Allow soil to dry out almost completely between waterings. Obtusifolia is the baby rubber plant, holding thick, glossy, rounded leaves on upright stems.
