Refill bottle of the Plant Runner indoor plant food, made in Melbourne. A complete liquid feed of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium with secondary nutrients, trace elements and seaweed extract, almost completely odourless.

Add 1ml per litre of water. Feed every second watering through spring and summer, easing back to half strength monthly over the cooler months.
