Ponytail Palm - Beaucarnea Recurvata

Ponytail Palm is not a palm at all but a succulent, storing water in a swollen base that thickens with age and eventually forms the bottle-shaped trunk the plant is known for. Younger plants carry the fountain of long, arching strap leaves without that trunk. It is one of the most forgiving plants in the indoor range. Bright light. Water thoroughly then let the mix dry out completely. Overwatering is the only reliable way to kill one.
