Commonly known as Fairy Fan Flower, Scaevola aemula is a hardy, fast growing ground cover with a compact mounding habit. This WA native produces small green leaves with an abundance of blue-mauve flowers in early spring through autumn. Occurs naturally in the Esperance plains. For enhanced growth and flowering we recommend using Troforte M Native Slow Release fertiliser. Scaevola aemula will grow to reach 50cm height and 80cm width.

Water: Water well and often when freshly planted. Mildly drought tolerant once established.

Sun: Full sun.

Soil: Sandy, free draining soils making it well suited to the Perth environment. We recommend using Aussie Organics Premium Soil Conditioner and Charlie Charcoal prior to planting.
