Serruria Phylicoides Raspberry Burst

Raspberry Burst Serruria produces small, lacy flower heads in vivid raspberry-pink - the strongest colour in the Serruria range, noticeably more saturated than Blushing Bride and warmer in tone than Pretty in Pink. Each flower head is made up of multiple papery bracts arranged in an intricate round formation that looks far more elaborate than its size suggests. One of the best cut flowers available from a garden-scale plant - the heads hold their colour and structure in the vase for two weeks or more, and dry beautifully. Flowering peaks in late winter and spring. Full sun. Sandy, very well-drained soil. Phosphorus-free fertiliser essential. Minimal summer irrigation.
