Verbena Vanessa Deep

Verbena is a hard-working groundcover for hot, open positions, carrying dense clusters of small flowers on a low spreading mat from spring right through autumn. It draws bees and butterflies while in bloom and spills well over the edge of a pot, wall or raised bed. The Vanessa series is bred for mildew resistance and continuous flowering, and Vanessa Deep Pink carries deep pink clusters over fine green foliage. Full sun. Well-drained soil. Drought tolerant once established. Trim lightly after each flush to keep it flowering.
