Willow Peppermint - Agonis Flexuosa Nana

Agonis flexuosa nana is a highly attractive compact, evergreen shrub that produces willow-like foliage. New growth is bright red adding excellent contrast. Small white flowers appear in spring, and foliage has a soft peppermint scent when crushed. Ideal for use in rockeries, terraced garden beds, as an informal edging plant, low hedge or screen, and does well in pots. For enhanced growth and flowering we recommend using Troforte M Native Slow Release fertiliser. Grows to 3.5m height and 4m width, however, can vary greatly depending on conditions.

Water: Water well and often when freshly planted. Heat and drought tolerant.

Sun: Full sun to part shade.

Soil: Fertile, well-draining soil enriched with organic matter. We recommend using Aussie Organics Premium Soil Conditioner and Charlie Charcoal prior to planting.
