Wooly Bush - Adenanthos Sericea Select

A lovely selection of Woolly Bush, Adenanthos Select is a medium shrub to small tree covered in narrow grey-green foliage. This West Australian Native produces small orange flowers for most of the year. An ideal plant for contrast in gardens or landscapes, its soft foliage creates depth and variation as it is so unique. It can be used as a hedge or specimen shrub, and also makes a wonderful native alternative to a Christmas Tree when grown in a pot or container. Being locally native, it is incredibly hardy and drought tolerant, surviving on very little water once established. Prune as desired to create shape and maintain size. Adenanthos Select can grow to 2-3m height and width.

Water: Water well and often when freshly planted. Heat and drought tolerant once established.

Sun: Full sun.

Soil: Sandy, free draining soils making it perfectly suited to the Perth environment. Enrich with organic matter for an added boost to growth. We recommend using Aussie Organics Premium Soil Conditioner prior to planting.
